Q. Is my Payment safe?

A. Here at JOE BLAKE we have taken all the necessary precautions to enable you to have a safe shopping experience. It is our top priority to ensure that our customers' transaction data is kept secure at all times.
Our payment systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.

Q. When will my order be delivered?

A. We understand that you want your order as soon as possible. We aim to deliver your item within 2-5 working days after payment. Orders placed after 4PM will roll over the following day. If for any reason there will be a delay with your order we will contact you. Once items have reached the delivery address all parcels will have to be signed for. If no one is at the address Royal Mail will leave a card to inform you that they have been and send your parcel to your local Royal Mail holding office where you will be able to collect the parcel.

JOE BLAKE delivers to all regions of the UK. At present we are unable to ship garments abroad.

Q. How much is delivery?

A. Delivery is £3.99. For this price you can order as much items as you wish.

Q. Can I change the delivery address once I have placed the order?

A. Once your order has been processed you will not be unable to change the delivery address. If you are worried that no one will be in to sign for your order Royal Mail will leave a call card for you to take to your local post depo.

Q. What currency do you accept?

A. We accept UK currency for methods of payment.

Q. Do I have to sign up in order to shop?

A. Yes you do have to sign in to shop. It makes it a lot easier for both JOE BLAKE and yourself. It will allow you to shop without having to repeat putting in your details. It also allows you to have access to regular discounts and promotions. You can either set up an account before you start shopping with JOE alternatively you can start shopping and create an account at checkout. We have made the process extremely simple for you so you can have a great shopping experience.

Q. Exchanges

We can only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour. Please send us an email with 'exchange' in the subject box along with your order number and name. You will be sent an exchange form via email which you must send back with your item(s) in the post.
Please note that exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed. Once an exchange has been approved your item will be sent out to you. If for any reason we are unable to process your exchange we will inform you and a full refund for the item will be processed minus the delivery charge.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. If you are not completely happy with your order here at JOE BLAKE we guarantee you a full refund when you return the item(s) to us in it's original condition. Please send us an email with 'returns' in the subject box along with your order number and name. You will be sent a returns form via email which you must send back with your item(s) in the post. When sending back garments please ensure all the original labels are attached along with tags and swing tickets within 14 days of receipt. The cost of posting returns is payable by the customer. The parcel is the customers responsibility until it reaches us. For hygiene reasons JOE BLAKE does not offer refunds or exchanges on any underwear and pierced jewellery.

Q. How do I get more product information on an item?

A. We aim to put as much product information on the website. If you need any further information please email us with your query and we will be happy to assist you.

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

A. If your order has already been dispatched you will have to return the item(s) once they have been delivered to you in order to get an exchange or refund. If the item(s) has not been dispatched please contact us via email stating the order information and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Q. How do I make an order?

A. Shopping on the JOE BLAKE website is a great way to purchase new products. You browse through the online shop and select the item(s) you wish to purchase then add it to your shopping basket. Once you have finished and want to pay for your items you simply go to the checkout area where you will be able to pay for your item(s).
If you are a registered user and are already logged in you will go straight to the payments section. If you are a new customer shopping at JOE BLAKE you will have to register and you will then be re-directed to the payment section.

Q. Do you have a newsletter?

A. Yes we do have regular newsletters informing you of new products, discounts and promotions. We do suggest you sign up to our mailing list. You can do this by simply clicking on the "JOIN OUR MAILING LIST" button on the home page.
