Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from JOE BLAKE, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as lingerie and swimwear.

You will be given 7 days from the receipt of purchase to return or exchange the item(s). Please email: info@joeblake.co.uk

The email must include your receipt number and the clothing description. Once you have done this you will then be emailed a returns form which must be printed and returned along with the item(s). Please note, packages received without this form will be returned back to the sender. You cannot send in packages with out informing JOE BLAKE. Unidentified returns will be returned back to the sender. Returns received outside the above time frame maybe accepted but at the discretion of JOE BLAKE.

All exchanged item(s) must be of the same value of the new purchase. Please note exchanged item(s) can only be dispatched after the returned item(s) are received and undergone a quality check control. All exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.

JOE BLAKE will not accept returns for any item(s) that have been worn, and any items where the tags and original packaging have been removed.

PLEASE NOTE:
When trying on item(s) of clothing, please insure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item(s). We will be unable to accept garments if they are returned marked or scented.

Please note we do not accept liability for returned goods. The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please send your returns with Royal Mail. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
